Upon arrival, the motel collects a $50 damage deposit in cash or by card at the reception. The intent is to protect the motel's assets.

Guest shall be accountable for any damage (whether purposeful, negligent, or reckless) to the room(s), hotel's premises, or property caused by them.

Cancellations received prior to ONE day (24 hours) before 10 am of the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.



For cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival, full accommodation cost may be charged to the credit card supplied or invoiced to guest or booking.com, or any other booking engine.


Big bookings (for 7 days or more) require the time of one week for cancellation.


Furthermore, if at the motel you don’t like the location or room or host or other guest or any other concern which is not related to the motel but that will be a guest's personal point of view, in this case, no refund will be made to the guest.

The motel keeps your booking in good faith expecting your arrival; if you fail to attend for your reservation (no show), you will be charged the entire cost of the accommodation booked.

Baby Cot:- Children from 0 years old up to 2 years old stay for NZD 8.00 per person per night when using an available motel cot.

Extra Bed Policy:- Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for NZD 15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

No pet is allowed in the room. If pets are found in the room without the approval. The booking will be canceled without a refund
